Let’s do this!

Hi there!

Welcome to my health journey. Let’s make this change together.

What change exactly? A change to a healthier self. Over the coming days and months, we are going to work together to make choices that support a healthy, happy self. We are going to make the choices that we can stand up and be proud of.

What are these changes exactly?

  1. Writing daily on this blog for accountability. You better believe it!
  2. Eating healthy, and on plan. Want to know more about that plan? Reach out in the comments.
  3. Moving twice daily, whether that is a gym session, run, dance session at home or walk with the dogs. We are going to rock this body.
  4. Smiling often.
  5. Drinking one gallon of water every single day. Did someone say hydrate?

Come this time next year, we are not even going to be able to recognize the person who started this blog. We are going to transform so much, we’ll never want to go back.
